Environmental compliance for construction and real estate developers is a $50B+ market still running on spreadsheets.
Construction and real estate developers operate under a web of environmental compliance frameworks — NEPA, Clean Water Act, stormwater permits, air quality filings, and state-level environmental review. Managing them requires enormous manual effort across consultants, field teams, and regulators. Every large project burns thousands of hours on evidence collection, inspections, and reporting.
The market had document tools and GIS software, but nothing that deeply automated the operational workflows at the center of environmental compliance. I saw the gap and built toward it.
